Implement & Build
Itineris implementation services starts with project management driven by our team of dedicated functional and technical experts. Their role is to capture the scope and requirements of our clients and then translating this into UMAX product as well as defining customer specific/tailored modules/functionalities.
Our project managers are experienced in customer projects, as well as with our internal developments sprints. They have mastered the skills to deliver the promises we make; within time, budget and according to the agreed specifications. This includes implementing new operating models, managing change and adapting to new working settings.
After delivery of the solution, the Itineris teams enter into a ‘hypercare’ modus. A smooth transition is guaranteed from our project team to our Service Consultants and from that point the project is finalized and has entered maintenance mode. Our dedicated team of Customer Care Consultants consists of technical, functional and service desk professionals with a broad expertise of the product and the Itineris service portfolio. These specialists provide the necessary first, second and third line support to our utility clients therefore require proficient knowledge of all utility related domains.
